Rock Hill is a body growing in our love for God and our love for People. Flowing out of this love we partner with God in the work He is doing in the world saving souls, equipping believers, and looking after orphans and widows in their distress. We believe in seeking first God's kingdom and His righteousness upon which all our needs will be met by Him.
There is a growing heart for missions in our church that is nothing short of God's work in the lives of His people. However this heart for our community and the world only remains right if we keep our eyes on our "first love", Jesus Christ. When we abide in Him we bear His fruit which brings Him glory. "I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." John 15:5
We have been blessed by God with 12 acres of beautiful land debt free on which we hope to build and relocate in the near future. The Lord has called us to trust Him for the provision and build without debt. These are exciting times waiting on the Lord and all the while watching Him grow us and mature us into a church that can hold what He wants to pour out. "Unless the Lord builds the house, its builder’s labor in vain" Psalm 127:1
Rock Hill consists of a variety of people of all ages each bringing with them life experiences that shape who they are. God has brought us together with the purpose of making us like His Son Jesus Christ. And so we are unified in this we have all sinned and lived in ways that were not pleasing to God, yet He has loved us and offered us forgiveness and life eternally.
